very beautiful and very true

It is a beautiful song. Well written and well sung.The actress was great too. This was one of those movies which were better than the original(Man Woman And Child).

I am sure you have seen the episode of SRGMP where Amanat Ali sang this 2wice n thrice on audience request. He was so freaking amazing.

As far as Gulzar Sahibs poetry is concerned, hes one of the best lyricst, director and writer of his era.they dont make artists like him anymore.
