Do not try this at Home, this man is a professional stunt driver 
He can ride a honda, talk on the cell with one hand and pick his nose from another (read: gross) and still can manage the balance on the bike with the refrigerator on the back.
Thats why they say;
“Mai tai haaanda hee lai saaaa”
