If I recall, the time when Bush Junr. was interviewed on a similar program. On a question he claimed that Musharraf was the President of India. I wonder what is the criteria to elect or select US Presidents. Maybe they set a particular IQ level (read: less then equal to a fourth grader) and anyone below that becomes the President not once but twice. That means Obama has little chances as he appears to be wiser then a fourth grader. I repeat appears to be wiser
